In the beginning we will get to know you. During our initial consultation we will ask all the right questions. Even if you yourself don’t yet know exactly what you want we will help you get there.

We will provide expert advice and suggestions to ensure that the decisions you are making are savvy successful ones. We won’t just tell you what you want to hear. We will tell you what you need to hear.  Albeit very sweetly.

And because we are logistical masters (and know that a clearly laid out plan and good communication make for a successful collaboration) we will create a plan of action we like to call our Step by Step. This tool will clearly outline everything that needs to happen over the course of our planning collaboration. Even if you’re too busy to look at it you can at least sleep well knowing someone is on top of things!

Whether you are on a budget or not we will allocate a realistic working budget that will show you what each area of your wedding might cost so you can decide before it’s too late where you are comfortable spending your money. Knowledge is power.

We will suggest ideas and introduce you to the right people that will interest and excite you! We work with some pretty incredible vendors that will all play a huge part in creating a successful wedding experience and outcome. Seriously, they will knock your socks off. And those “in the know” know that one of the best ways to have a #noregrets wedding is to involve amazing people that truly love what they do and are really good at it. That said, we have also met some of our most favourite vendors through client introductions so if there’s someone you’re just dying to work with let’s do it!

We will keep you on schedule and manage tasks accordingly so you don’t fall behind. We will even arrange wedding appointments for you as needed.

Then comes the wedding day and all the things that come with it as we move towards preparing a super fabulous and beautifully orchestrated wedding experience for you, your family, and friends.

Basically, we will do anything and everything we can to keep this next year or so as fun, productive, and enjoyable as possible. Your wedding priorities will become our wedding priorities. From concept to fruition, we will guide, advise, brainstorm, shortlist, manage, crosscheck, encourage, and lead you through a thoughtful, personalized, and well communicated wedding plan. We will be there for you through it all and we can’t wait to get started!

How much does Full Planning cost?

Full Planning typically ranges between $8,500.00 and $12,000.00.  Once your planner has had the opportunity to connect with you and learn more about your specific needs and goals, a formal Quote will be provided. Planning fees vary dependent on several factors including location of the wedding, style of venue (full service venue vs. home wedding, tent wedding, destination vs. local, etc.), size and scope of the plan, and the estimated number of hours anticipated to manage all tasks.

This service is available for weddings taking place throughout British Columbia.  We love Destination Weddings!  Additional planning fees will apply to cover travel costs and time spent doing site visits and carrying out the wedding weekend with our team.  Check out a few of our favourites on The Blog.
