Our wedding day would not have been the same without Brynn from Dreamgroup. She went above and beyond our expectations. She is extremely prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. Pre-wedding she was able to answer all of our questions and concerns, always relieving any stress we had.

On the wedding day she made us feel very calm and was intimately involved in every detail of the day ensuring everything ran smoothly (and it couldn’t have been better). Five stars isn’t enough to rate this angel on earth that is Brynn – we would rate higher if we could! Best day of our lives because she is the best in the business. Wow Brynn. What a wedding. We are smiling every time we think about it – and for once we are totally at a loss for words. How do we even begin to thank you. You are such a special, good-to-the-core person and a beautiful, gentle soul – not to mention so FUN! You’ve touched our lives in such a meaningful way. We are incredibly grateful for you and forever your # 1 fans! 

Your contribution in making our day so special can NOT be overstated. Your knowledge and coordination with our vendors to get us exactly what we wanted meant so much to us. Dushan, that floral piece of art, Oh.My.Goodness. – it was so beautiful and brought the room to life. The chairs…were PERFECT (haha). Lucky Booth, those photos are amazing and the live-stream was so special for family/friends unable to attend in person. The table settings, the backlighting, the DJ (oh my god – the DJ! You were absolutely right – Michael is incredible), the food (Peake! Yum!), the list goes on… You made all of these things happen for us and you did it seamlessly. Your vendor recommendations were always spot on. You had thought of everything, often before we even knew to think about it! You calmed our nerves, talked us down off (many) ledges, and answered all of our annoying emails/texts with compassion, patience and understanding (responding in no more than 2.5 seconds – HOW DO YOU DO IT?!) We are sure you put out a million fires for us and helped us in more ways than we even know about! 

You truly listened to our priorities and made them your priorities, and for that we can’t thank you enough. We feel so lucky to have had you as our partner in making this dream day/weekend happen. Your attention to detail and ability to communicate were exactly what we needed when trying to plan a wedding from across the continent. You are organized, knowledgeable, kind and so incredibly talented at what you do. We felt like you wanted our day to be as special as we wanted it to be and that gave us such peace of mind. So thank you, Brynn, for making our wedding weekend the best of our lives.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Brynn Belisle of DreamGroup during the past 8 months. She is a life saver!! We chose to work with DreamGroup in January 2021 (during the second & third wave of the pandemic) when we quickly realized we needed professional guidance and planning to navigate the uncertainties and potential risks caused by the pandemic and associated public health orders.

The regular Zoom meetings with Brynn always made us feel more reassured and supported. From regularly updated Budget spreadsheets & payment timelines, to tastefully selected list of vendors fitting our style, to careful review of vendor contracts and extremely up-to-date information on the latest wedding Public Health orders Brynn has excelled in every aspect of being a great wedding planner. She has gone above and beyond her duty on Many occasions, and in doing so helped us save enormous amount of time and avoided so much stress. She is punctual and extremely responsive, and was always there for us when we needed her.

She was able to help us coordinate our specific requests to mitigate risks of infections, such as placement of multiple Hepa air purifiers, last-minute changes to move the bar from indoors to outdoors balcony, liaising with the venue to allow for use of patio space for cocktail hour, etc.

Our wedding turned out to be beyond what we had imagined, and all guests were very impressed by the quality and attention put into every aspect of the wedding. All of this could not have happened without Brynn’s experience, professionalism, and care.

We highly recommend Brynn and DreamGroup to anyone looking for a dependable wedding or event planner!

If you truly want to enjoy your wedding day you NEED to hire Brynn at DreamGroup. I am quite unorganized and get overwhelmed with planning anything so when I got engaged the first thing, I wanted to do was find a wedding planner (we wanted the full planning package). We were referred to DreamGroup by a friend and when I read Brynn’s bio, I was instantly drawn to her.

When my then Fiancé and I met her every word was true about her personality- she was very warm, calm and friendly. Over the 14 months of working with her she proved to be extremely supportive, patient and approachable about anything! It’s hard for me to describe in words what Brynn did for us. We showed her our wedding vision- A luxurious winter wedding in Whistler! She created a detailed budget, timeline and introduced us to all of our amazing vendors. As the months went by Brynn gave us a guideline and we ticked things off our list. When I think about it now it felt so stress-free planning our wedding with her by our side. She has a way of making you feel so confident and calm about the whole process.

Fast forward to our wedding day. I woke up feeling excited to walk down the aisle, I did not stress once about any detail that could go wrong because I knew Brynn was orchestrating our day. She also had two amazing assistants working with her- Alexandria and Brin. The three of them working as a team was phenomenal. I dreamed and envisioned this day for so long and I can say that reality was BETTER than my dream! Our wedding day exceeded our expectations in every way because of Brynn and we are so thankful to have met her. She feels like a friend to us rather than a wedding planner and we will truly miss her!

Planning a wedding has never been easy, but planning one during Covid was even more stressful…. Our challenge was not only covid, but also after covid (yes we had to postpone), Canadian airlines and airports decided to make things more interesting for us. However, with all the problems – on top of the normal wedding hiccups – Brynn from DreamGroup made sure we did not lose our cool. She told me since day 1 we met “You don’t get stressed, let me!! It’s my job!”

And she kept her promise. Every step, she reminded me of the “to-do”, and reminded me of the “to pay” (no, we did not want to forget to pay any services. She also kept our budget in mind, suggesting the right vendors that fit into our financial planning.

After 2 years, our wedding day was a dream come true – the venue, the flower, the music, the food, the reception…. Everything! They are called DreamGroup for a reason. I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Brynn! She planned our July 2023 wedding and did the most amazing job! When we initially found Brynn I thought she would help us pick out a few things and get us set up for the day, but she did so much more than that. She was our rock through the entire planning process. She knew who we needed to have as vendors, what was worth investing in, where the best spots were, how to deal with so many personalities, and literally everything about having an amazing party.

Any issue that came up felt like a non-issue because I knew she had it. It feels odd to even write a review about her on Google, because I truly felt like she was a family member throughout this entire process. The only thing about working with her that I’m not thrilled about, is that I don’t have a reason to call her anymore!

If you are looking for a wedding planner she is your girl, and if you are wondering if the full planning is worth the money… I cannot yell it loud enough, it was easily the best money we spent on the entire wedding!

We called Brynn in to help us for our September wedding. Right from the first time we talked to her on the phone, we could tell she was perfect for us. She is calm, flexible, realistic, and organized.

Brynn understood exactly what we needed and helped with all of the little details. She was very responsive to emails and kept track of everything. She also suggested some ideas we hadn’t thought about and gently suggested a few changes/improvements to our plan. She was a very valuable sounding board and all of her suggestions were bang on.

On the actual wedding day she took care of everything behind the scenes. The result was a whole day that felt seamless, perfect, and stress free. Not just for my husband and I, but also for our wedding party and parents.
