Jayson’s Bar Mitzvah

Jayson’s nautical-themed Bar Mitzvah kept guests dancing and entertained until the very last song!

After a traditional Havdalah service, guests were invited into the ballroom of the Beth Israel Synagogue which had been transformed by Evan and the team from Flowerz with blue and white-themed nautical vignettes. While the kids enjoyed first dibs at the delicious food stations by Nava, the adults were mesmerized by the magician skills of Justin Gilbert and the musical stylings of Jordan and Taylor from Hot Wax Entertainment.

And who can forget the selfie polaroid booth, airbrush tattoos, and FlipBook favours? This Bar Mitzvah had it all and was topped off by a nautical-inspired candy bar!

Raphaela and her team gave this young man a night he – and his family and friends – won’t soon forget!

The Original Bridal Swap Recap

After the huge success of last year’s The Original Bridal Swap, we were back for a second year at the Croatian Cultural Centre!

The buzz started early, as hundreds waited in line to be the first ones through the doors to hunt for their wedding treasures and one-of-a-kind finds!

We had such great selection of wedding treasures to be found.  Hundreds of brides left with glassware, signage, vintage teacups and saucers, candles, table numbers and so much more! We also saw huge success in our wedding dress Pop-Up-Shop, where Brides-To-Be were busy trying and buying their one-of-a-kind dream dresses!

Tiffany & Nick

This out-of-town couple filled their wedding with gorgeous floral arrangements and personal touches that left guests gushing! From the champagne glass escort cards to the ‘I Spy’ table game, Tiffany and Nick thought of every detail to make their wedding day completely theirs.

The couple’s ceremony and reception took place at Terminal City Club and was coordinated by DreamGroup’s Raphaela Schneider-Friedman and team.

All the thoughtful and intricate details were captured by John Bello Photography.
